Denise Turner, is a seasoned litigator with close to 30 years of successful legal representation and experience. She currently serves as corporate counsel to many corporations and companies throughout the state of Pennsylvania in the various areas of real estate including landlord and tenant law with an emphasis in government assisted housing programs and both residential and commercial housing. She also practices in the areas of labor law, creditor bankruptcy, discrimination law and general litigation.
Prior to entering into private practice, she was a staff attorney with Neighborhood Legal Services Association where her main emphasis was on landlord and tenant law, fair housing and bankruptcy law. She has served as a lecturer for the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education programs. She has also lectured for CLE programs for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the National Business Institute. She is also a seasoned hearing officer for Allegheny County Board of Property Assessment and Appeals.
