Mark Ulven, Esq.

Biography
Mark has more than 24 years of litigation experience in various proceedings in state and federal courts, including jury trials, as well as private arbitrations and mediations.

Mark’s areas of practice include construction law, mechanic’s liens, breach of contract, commercial law, products liability, property damage, employment (including non-compete agreements), age and gender discrimination, litigation involving real estate issues, partnership disputes, and personal injury. He also has experience with oil and gas leases and pipeline easements.

Mark earned his law degree at Georgetown University Law Center, in Washington, D.C., where he graduated cum laude in 1994. He also has a Master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Before practicing law, Mark worked as a press secretary and legislative aide for members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives.

Mark was elected to the Moon Area School District Board of Directors in 2008 and served for four years as Vice President.

Mark also was an adjunct instructor at Duquesne University.
